Ashley Smyth

Ashley Smyth is from Morgantown, West Virginia, graduating from West Virginia University with a Master’s degree in elementary education. She also served as a personal assistant to the owner of Morgantown’s leading real estate firm while living there. Although unaware of at the time, her introduction and apprenticeship during this time was the beginning of her desire to further her real estate career.

After graduating from WVU in 2008, Ashley relocated to Charlotte. With her past real estate experience and after working closely with Regina Farmer of Regina Farmer Realty, LLC as a client here in Charlotte, Ashley decided to pursue a career in real estate. She simply enjoys all the challenges of a successful real estate agent, from listing, to showings, to closing the deal. She understands what it’s like moving to a new city and will not only help you find your home but will also provide you with a friendship.

Ashley’s primary service will be to bring homebuyers and sellers together throughout the Charlotte area and will specialize in residential properties.
