Anna Farmer
SC Sales Associate
Real estate isn’t just a career path, it’s the dinner table conversation Anna has been studying for two decades. As a second generation professional, Anna was raised at the intersection of property and passion. With a mother who has excelled in real estate for over 25 years and a father with over 30 years of expertise in the construction industry, she has had a front row seat to both “the art of the deal” and the mechanics of a build. This lifelong apprenticeship, combined with her current studies as a Finance major at the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina, provide a level of insight that few new agents can match.
Anna’s professional foundation is built on more than just legacy. By helping manage some of the in-house operations for a small SC construction company, she gained hands-on experience in project scheduling and billing, and warranty follow up, giving her a holistic view of the entire, intricate process of bringing a home to life. Her brief experience in retail sharpened her ability to anticipate client needs and deliver high-touch service under pressure.
Beyond her immersion in finance in business school and acquisition of practical business experience in real estate, Anna enjoys quality time with her Kappa Delta sisters, volunteer participation with The Allegro Foundation, a Champion for Children with Disabilities and Prevent Child Abuse America, and learning about new cultures and cuisines through travel. Her life is a blend of dedication to her community, enjoyment of enriching personal interests and preparation for a career in business. She brings a fresh analytical perspective to the local real estate market and is eager to go above and beyond to provide excellent service to her clients.
