Michael McNulty is a business professional with extensive experience in marketing, sales, and real estate. He has more than 25 years of leadership in marketing and sales for multi-national companies in the plastics and construction chemicals segments, managing and growing a customer revenue base of $120 Million. In addition, Michael has been an owner / property manager for 18 years. Regina Farmer Realty will focus on leveraging his leadership and real estate experience to provide turn-key property management; maximizing owners’ profits while delivering an awesome tenant experience.

Michael has an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship / Innovation from Northeastern University in Boston, MA and earned two undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and English from Assumption College in Worcester, MA. Living in Charlotte since 1994 with his wife and three children, he acquired his broker’s license for North Carolina in 2006.

Michael’s primary role working with Regina Farmer Realty, is bringing his Property Management business, mcnultypropertymanagement.com to further help Regina Farmer Realty’s clients. He will assist homeowners and property investors with the primary care of their investments while keeping the property safe, rented, and well maintained. As part of his service offering, he will screen tenants, manage leases, collect & disburse security deposits, collect rent, coordinate maintenance work and associated supplier contracts, and handle tenant evictions, if necessary. He will use his experience in property ownership and management, as well as, his business acumen, problem solving, and relationship skills to help homeowners and investors maximize the value of their real estate investments.
