Regina Farmer began her career in real estate in 1999 with Coldwell Banker, where she received most of her general brokerage training. Following Coldwell, Regina worked for three large Charlotte-metro area builders, where she was a “Top Producer” for each of them. Her time with these builders afforded Regina many industry awards. Regina was formerly affiliated with BSI, part of Allen Tate, where she was again a “Top Producer”.
A University of Florida graduate and a Charlotte resident for over twenty years, Regina has been the owner of SCCH Realty since 2005. As business has grown among clients who have come to appreciate her particular talent for matching families and homes, or sellers and buyers, and for “closing the deal”, she decided to become Regina Farmer Realty in 2012. Regina, a Broker in Charge for both North and South Carolina, works with buyers and sellers, and is also a relocation expert.
